ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be permitted. If you are concerned about sizing for a particular style of shoe, please refer to the manufacturer’s size guidelines.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.

Delivery and processing speeds vary by shipping pricing options. it will typically take 6-15 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

RISK OF LOSS

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Replacement of products and credits applied to your account for shipped items claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, and we may require you to sign and return an affidavit before looking into your claim.

We will replace products and credit your account at our discretion.

RETURNS

All sales with CALENTON KICKS are final. Once an item sells, either online or physically, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
